Malcolm Pacific has a new BDM

Lukas Sousa has been appointed as our Business Development Manager.

Lukas started his career with us as a Licensed Immigration Adviser. He briefly left to complete university studies and is now combining a law degree with his new business development role.

Lukas was born in Brazil and came to New Zealand aged eight after Malcolm Pacific Immigration successfully managed his family’s migration process.

Having first-hand experience, Lukas is committed to supporting New Zealand businesses in successfully navigating their migrant workers through the complex immigration maze.

He is fluent in Portuguese and English and speaks conversational Spanish.
